Traditional separate case erector, case packer and sealer occupy large factory floor area. The ZCP-500 integrates these three functions inside one frame. It features full-servo carton magazine pull-out mechanism plus dual-servo horizontal side-push loading for box-form products. After products are pushed into erected corrugated cases, bilateral side sealing station finishes sealing with adhesive tape or hot-melt glue directly. The whole machine is managed by 11 independent servo motion controllers for synchronized movement across erecting, pushing and sealing stations. Its compact 4200×2300×1900 mm footprint saves valuable production-floor space. The dual-servo side-push design maintains good product alignment during loading and minimizes collision risk for finished inner boxes. Multiple carton size settings can be stored for quick format change-over to handle varying box-in-case specifications.

Machine Overview & Line Stations
Automatic Integrated Side-Push Case Packing Machine (3-in-1)
ZCP-500 automatic integrated side-push case packing machine integrates case erecting, side-push packing and side sealing all-in-one with up to <16 cases/min, driven by 11 servo motor controllers for box products.
The ZCP-500 fully-automatic integrated side-push case packing machine is a compact 3-in-1 end-of-line unit combining case erecting, side-push case packing and bilateral side case sealing. Equipped with 11 sets of servo motor motion controllers, this all-in-one case packer performs carton opening, product loading, tape or hot-melt adhesive sealing automatically. It greatly reduces manual labor intensity. Users may configure for different packing specifications to satisfy diversified box-loading requirements. The machine adopts full-servo carton pulling and dual-servo side-push packing with bilateral side sealing layout. With compact footprint, it is well suited for packing box-style goods in pharmaceutical, food and daily-chemical production lines, and can connect with upstream grouping conveyors and downstream case handling stations.
Kinematic Sequence of Operation
Servo Carton Magazine & Erecting
Flat corrugated carton blanks are pulled out from magazine and erected via full-servo pulling mechanism.

Total Installed Power
ZCP-500 works as a standalone or inline end-of-line case packing station. It can receive product-ready hand-shake signals from upstream collection & grouping conveyors. After packing & sealing finished, it outputs ready-case status to downstream Checkweigher, labelling or palletizing stations. It supports recipe storage for different carton formats. Standard industry bus communication can be implemented on request to connect with factory MES/SCADA for production counter and equipment alarm data exchange, fitting into a fully-automated packaging production workflow.

Engineering Q&A: Machinery & Tooling
This machine is designed for box-shaped packaged goods, such as medicine boxes, supplement cartons, cosmetic boxes, snack boxes and other box-type finished products for case packing.
It integrates carton erecting, side-push packing and bilateral side sealing into one unit, saving floor space. It adopts total 11 servo motor controllers to deliver stable running performance and reduces manual work intensity.
Both adhesive tape sealing and hot-melt glue sealing are available for bilateral side carton sealing according to customer requirements.
Max speed is less than 16 cases per minute; actual throughput will vary subject to outer carton size and inner-box loading quantity.
Yes. It can work inline with upstream box grouping conveyors. Discharged sealed cases can go to downstream Checkweigher, labelling machine or palletizing system. Custom-requested field-bus integration for MES/SCADA is optional.
